The hotel rooms were huge, with a nice living area between both rooms, spacious and had everything you'd expect, but they need radical renovation. The service was in general friendly and happy to help me with luggage lost by the flight company, very nice and helpful, but they need to come up and show what haven't been done. The location is really good, close to the city center, within walking distance to many tourist sites but not in the midst of the whole tourist atmosphere. The dining experience had a good choice of foods with tasty dishes but was below expectations. The facilities require improvement.

The hotel's location was perfect for attending an event at Arena Riga and it's great being close to public transport and the old city. The rooms, however, are quite moderate and dark, needing some refreshment. The service was cordial and very helpful, though not on a 4-star level.
